The purchased service will be delivered digitally to the customer’s 2SIM account or 2SIM mobile application.

Customers can access their purchased service by logging in to their 2SIM account using the same account details used during the purchase process.

2. Delivery Time

Activation Timing:

In most cases, digital services are activated instantly or within a short period after payment confirmation.

In some cases, activation may take additional time due to payment verification, country availability, number availability, telecom provider processing, or security review.

If there is any delay, the customer may contact our support team for assistance.

3. No Physical Shipping

2SIM does not sell or ship any physical products. Therefore, shipping fees, courier services, tracking numbers, and physical delivery addresses are not applicable to our services.

4. Service Availability

Service availability may vary depending on the selected country, number type, telecom provider, and applicable regulations. If a selected service is unavailable after payment, 2SIM may offer an alternative service, replacement, account credit, or refund review in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate account information and ensuring they can access their 2SIM account or application after purchase.

2SIM is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, payment issues, account access problems, or restrictions from third-party platforms or telecom providers.

6. Delivery Issues

If You Did Not Receive Your Service:

If a customer does not receive access to the purchased digital service after payment, they should contact our support team with the payment reference, registered email address, and order details.

Our team will review the issue and assist with activation, replacement, or refund review where applicable.
