•Do not engage in fraudulent activities or distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious software.

•While 2SIM provides generous call and text features, we monitor usage to maintain system stability and fairness.

•Standard Users:

•Unlimited outbound calls and texts are allowed until your available credits are exhausted.

•Premium Users:

•You may have daily limits (for example, up to 100 minutes or 100 text segments) before reaching unlimited use as credits allow.

•We may adjust our fair use policies periodically and will notify users of any changes.

•Certain features require you to register an account. During registration, provide complete and accurate information.

•Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

•As a registered user, you can create a profile and access features that sync across your devices. Ensure that your account information remains current.

•2SIM offers premium features available through  monthly, Quarterly or yearly subscriptions. Details and benefits of each subscription are available within the app.

•Payments are processed through authorized app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). By providing your payment information, you agree to the processing rules of the relevant app store.

•Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each term (monthly or Quarterly or Yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the term expires.

•Subscription fees are final and no partial refunds or credits for unused time will be provided. If you cancel, you'll still have access until the end of your term. However, if our service malfunctions due to our fault, a refund may be considered.

•We reserve the right to change subscription pricing or terms. New prices will apply only after prior notice and will not affect past payments.

•Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

•By using 2SIM, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

•All content, software, graphics, and materials provided by 2SIM are protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws.

•We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use 2SIM for personal, non-commercial purposes.

•You may not copy, modify, decompile, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written consent.

•Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas you submit to us become our property, and you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use them

•2SIM is available via official app stores. Your use of the app is also subject to the terms and conditions of those app stores.

•Our Services may include links to third-party sites. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content. Please review their policies before use.

•We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform. Continued use of 2SIM constitutes acceptance of any changes.

•Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

•If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will continue to be valid and enforceable.

•You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We reserve the right to transfer these Terms without notice.
